The manager is particularly abusive and disrespectful. Many people have faced similar issues where they pay their dues, only to find money taken from their card, and then they claim the payment wasn't made. When confronted, they say the funds will be returned to your card. I always pay my bills on time, but after this experience, I had them collect everything from my home. Money is hard to earn, and I refuse to let a business cheat me out of it again.
