We rented a laptop and fell behind on a payment. Instead of handling it professionally, they sent a worker who banged on our door, refused to leave, and harassed us at home, despite our assurances of payment. The behavior was aggressive and unacceptable. When we contacted the store, the manager refused to take responsibility and allowed the harassment to continue. This treatment is entirely unprofessional and unethical.
