I have booked a car via rental24h.com. No hidden fees were guaranteed. As I picked the car up at Mexico City airport I was told to pay additonal airport handling fee of 20% on the price. I have tried to reach the customer service without success. A ticket was created on Jan 6th, after more than three weeks there was no response. A very sad and frustrationg experience.
