Additionally, upon returning the car after two weeks, I was expected to clean it thoroughly before returning it, as if it needed to be in the same condition as when I received it. If you want a hassle, then this is the service for you.

Absolutely a scam! If I could give zero stars, I would. The car didn’t show up, and the company doesn’t answer their phones. There were no pickup instructions provided, and when I called, no one answered. Airport staff mentioned they frequently receive complaints about this service, which outsources to other companies but fails to provide their details.
A complete scam. I paid a deposit online and then had to confirm my pickup time, only to be told there was no availability for the car I reserved. I requested a refund after they wasted my time, but I ended up having to find another car in a rush for my family vacation. They have yet to reimburse me, and I've been struggling with my bank since they don’t respond to emails! STAY AWAY.
Horrible experience. I arrived on time at the airport, but there was no car. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told someone was on their way. After two hours, they arrived on the wrong side of the airport, forcing me to pay for parking. The car had a large crack in the windshield, and the drop-off was just as poorly managed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE; THEIR COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE.
The worst service I've ever encountered! After booking a car, I was told I needed to pay a nearly £2000 deposit that could only be paid by credit card. Since I don’t have one, I canceled my reservation and requested a refund. After two weeks, my refund was approved, but now, almost a month later, nothing has happened. Customer support has been rude and unhelpful, claiming everything is resolved on their end, while my bank says no transaction exists. This company is a complete joke; don’t waste your time.
Avoid this rental service! They are fraudulent and unethical. They advertise lower rental prices but then try to raise the price upon pickup. They know it's difficult to find another car on short notice, especially for families. They claimed my credit card wasn't acceptable for blocking the deposit, demanding an extra payment. The claims they made about my card were nonsensical, as I had no issues with other reputable providers. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting for my deposit refund with no response to my inquiries.
Misleading and unacceptable rental experience. I booked a car through a service, but what I received was far from what was promised. The car was old, scratched, and technically unsafe, clearly not matching the class I reserved. The photos on the website were deceptive, and the staff at pickup were rude and aggressive. This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had. Avoid this company — there are many honest rental agencies available.
