I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed intent on overcharging customers. They failed to inform me that the car pickup location was a 20-minute drive from the airport, leading to a long wait until I could meet their representative. When I finally arrived, I was charged more than double the price because I didn’t have an older version of a credit card, which they refused to accept despite it being issued by my bank. Additionally, upon returning the car after two weeks, I was expected to clean it thoroughly before returning it, as if it needed to be in the same condition as when I received it. If you want a hassle, then this is the service for you.
