This lack of support and inability to accommodate changes meant I ended up without a vehicle, and they stated I wouldn't receive a refund, labeling it as a cancellation fee. It's baffling that a rental service would finalize an order when the renter arrives just an hour late. They offer no support and simply keep your money. There was no credit or alternative offered. Ultimately, I missed out on my car and had to rebook for the following day, losing a day of my vacation and incurring higher costs for a last-minute holiday booking. For the record, I always reserve my car an hour before my flight to account for any potential delays.
