If the local company in Las Cruces was given a review score; they would be in the negative compared to any company I have ever reviewed and my reviews go a very long way. It is clear as the numbers they roll into their system that the transactions they conduct are often overlooked by their very own customers and I am pissed. I have to say that if you are conducting business with United Rentals and you work hard for your company or your family; pay attention to your accounts from your bank because they will give you something totally different at united than what your bank account shows. I can almost bet money on it that they screw everyone out of their money especially corporates
Worst customer service I have seen in ages. Platform not functional. On the phone the sales tell you thay everything's possible then when you talk to the technician they are telling you that a new update will come in the comming days.I canceled my subscription before the end of the trial. They tried to charge me twice. I emailed them multiple time. Nothing. Then finally they charged me again and since 2 weeks they are dragging my case. Dont recommend.- bad platform- fishy customer service
