Like many other dissatisfied customers, I rate this service 1 star. I booked and paid in full for a property in May, only to be told mid-August it was unavailable and asked for my bank details for a refund. After two weeks and six ignored emails, they still have my money. I also spoke to a representative who was unclear. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so my bank can handle the situation.
