Initially, everything seemed to go well as they managed my rental property. However, they suddenly stopped all communication and failed to make the agreed payments, putting me in a difficult situation with the landlord, who I suspect may have been involved. They even listed my property on a booking platform while ignoring my calls and consistently making late payments.
They utilized our properties for their contractors but consistently had payment issues, promising to pay but leaving without settling at the last moment. They also neglected to pay for additional services they requested. The representative was unreliable and untrustworthy.
This service is fraudulent; they took on a property from a landlord and failed to pay the rent after using it for clients. Their customer service is terrible, with no responses from management. I strongly recommend avoiding them for any business dealings.

Terrible service – we booked and paid for a property last September for a stay next week, but they canceled our booking in July without informing us. We had to find out ourselves, and now, seven weeks later, we are still waiting for a refund. Call center staff are scripted and cannot answer questions, and there’s a lack of response to multiple emails. Book at your own risk!
Like many other dissatisfied customers, I rate this service 1 star. I booked and paid in full for a property in May, only to be told mid-August it was unavailable and asked for my bank details for a refund. After two weeks and six ignored emails, they still have my money. I also spoke to a representative who was unclear. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so my bank can handle the situation.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Scam, scam, scam. They took my money for a two-bedroom apartment, and when I contacted them, I was told by a representative that the property was no longer listed and they had no records. After providing confirmations, I was promised a refund, but now the number is unresponsive. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE; THEY DO NOT EXIST.
I would highly recommend this service. Both times I booked, I received tidy, well-maintained accommodations. They were very understanding and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Special thanks to a representative for being helpful. I definitely suggest booking with them.
