Terrible service – we booked and paid for a property last September for a stay next week, but they canceled our booking in July without informing us. We had to find out ourselves, and now, seven weeks later, we are still waiting for a refund. Call center staff are scripted and cannot answer questions, and there’s a lack of response to multiple emails. Book at your own risk!
