Similar to another review, I used a platform to rent one of their properties. After paying the deposit, we were moved due to a supposed ‘leak’ in the property. We ended up in a subpar house with a broken door handle that took us 30 minutes to open. There was no response from the host regarding any issues, and we found maggots in the beds, among other problems. We drove by the house with the supposed leak and saw another family there. I will also be taking legal action against this service.
