My son recently moved out and was informed of various charges that would be deducted from his deposit, leaving him with hardly anything in return. They are charging for a full room repaint due to a few marks on the walls from removable hooks, despite our offer to repaint it ourselves. The room was left spotless, unlike when he moved in, yet we are being charged for cleaning services... you get the idea! The communal kitchen was consistently dirty, and the entire place had a strong smell of smoke. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
