What a great company rent a room is! From the very first email up until moving everything went amazing. We were greeted at the property for our viewing by Andy on lettings who was very professional and let us look around answering any questions we had. We fell in love with the property and Andy sorted out the application form for us. We were kept up-to-date with all the checks and application status throughout the process. We also spoke to Carrie on Lettings who is just so wonderful and professional always willing to help when needed. Nothing was ever too much for Carrie. She is a great part of the team! When we received the news that we had been accepted for the property we were overwhelmed and so grateful for everything Andy and Carrie had done for us.Moving was so easy with Rent a room and I would highly recommend using them again if I ever needed too ( I hope I never have too move lol)Will recommend to friends and family about the fantastic customer service I received and thank you both again
