This company was good for a couple of years. However, recently, they began charging $100 dollars for renters to pay their rent using a normal credit card transaction. It used to be $5, which was acceptable. However, it is just plain EVIL and DISGUSTINGLY GREEDY for the bass turds to charge $100.00 for a simple online transaction. They call it a "convenience fee". I call it a penalty for people who have no other reliable way to pay their rent. They saw this reality, and they exploited the poor, once again. I wish a pox upon their houses.
