After 12 years away from renting, my husband and I were shocked to discover that everything had moved online. Our first experience with this platform revealed that my husband's personal information had been compromised. It showed he had supposedly rented an apartment in California, along with 27 inquiries and credit card charge-offs. I attempted to reach out for assistance, but all we received was a denial for an apartment. While we eventually found a place, we now have to pause our mortgage for a year! The platform failed to recognize the suspicious activity regarding the California apartment. Additionally, they don't seem to respond to reviews. We lost money from application and processing fees, despite showing the representative the note stating those fees would be waived. Best of luck to anyone considering this service.
