They provide ZERO user support, making it nearly impossible to reach a real person for assistance. Their collaboration with a payment service to split rent into two payments is also misleading; if you opt to use a credit card, they treat it as a CASH ADVANCE rather than a standard charge, which is not mentioned prior to signing up. When I relocate, my first question to a potential landlord will be whether they use this service, and if the answer is yes, I will definitely look elsewhere. This experience has been a nightmare.
