Kathryn and the rest of the Rentec Direct staff is terrific. I've been with them over 8 years. The most recent experience was Kathryn getting back to me on a Sunday right before a tax deadline. I love the property management software, the tools it has for tax time and tax filing, and most of all , the quick customer service and response like the ability to talk to a human being both via email and phone call.
