Their team was professional and very supportive, especially Jesse, who kept calling and checking in to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable using the software. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, which I really appreciated. The platform is easy to use, and the monthly rate is very reasonable for everything you get. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m glad I chose Rentec Direct.

I have used Rentec Direct for coming up on 10 years. For the cost of the software, its capabilities for a small to large property management company are currently unmatched. Tack on lightning fast and highly effective customer service to that, and you would have to be out of your mind to go anywhere else for PM Software.
