SCAMMERS!!! BE WARNED!!! These are serious criminals and fraudulent! I recently applied for a room in Madrid, and suddenly 850€ disappeared from my bank account. Soon after, I received an email instructing me to download an app from the landlord, stating that I needed to pay an additional 906€ plus another month of deposit to proceed. When I inquired about the €906 and €300 for administration, they told me it was a non-refundable cost, and cancellations were not possible. If you cancel, you get nothing back. Plus, viewing properties is not allowed; you only receive information after payment. This has caused me major stress, and I have filed a police complaint.

Stay away – Misleading fees and poor policies. I strongly advise against using this service. I tried to make a rent payment and canceled it shortly after, yet they still charged me a $50 service fee and refused to refund it. Even though the transaction was canceled, they kept the fee without any clear warning that it was non-refundable. This unreasonable charge shows they prioritize profit over providing fair service. My experience has made it clear that this service does not value transparency or customer trust. If you’re considering this platform, look for better, more ethical alternatives.
