I would like to take a moment to personally thank the team from Rentokil for the outstanding service they recently provided.
Technicians Kurt Noreiga and Alexander Jones were a pleasure to deal with from the moment they arrived. They were courteous, professional, and very respectful of my home. What impressed me most was how patient they were in explaining what they were doing and answering my questions. It was clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing quality service.
Their professionalism and attention to detail immediately gave me confidence that the job was being done properly. In today’s world, that level of customer care is not something you always come across, and it certainly deserves recognition.
I would also like to acknowledge their Service Supervisor, Simon Sampson-Morales. The high standard demonstrated by Kurt and Alexander reflects strong leadership and a team that is clearly well trained and committed to excellence.
Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience. Service like this truly makes a difference and is very much appreciated.
