Their customer support is nearly nonexistent — no functioning phone number, emails taking over 48 hours for responses, and a chatbot that merely forwards messages to an 'operations team' that never responds. I scheduled a pickup more than six days ahead. Initially, they said it could happen at any time during the day, then changed it to a 6–8 PM slot, despite me clearly stating my society doesn’t permit pickups after 6. No one showed up — then I received a call from their delivery partner at 11 PM while I was in the midst of moving cities late at night. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, their team keeps calling to reschedule. I’ve requested them to email me — I’ll respond on their preferred 48-hour timeline. The service truly needs to revamp its customer support and operations to avoid causing more stress for paying customers. Proceed with caution.
