Think twice before ordering! I had to relocate 2 of my products within a range of 300m in Kolkata. The labor charges were NOT mentioned in the service, they promote it as free relocation! The labor said they'll charge 200rs per floor per product (which went up to 2800!!!) and that's not even my monthly rent!!. Nothing was mentioned on the invoice! Customer service said that is not rentomojo charge and disconnected the call! Whatever price you see on the app is only of the product! Hidden charges are there, without clear mentioning.

During the KYC process, they request a six-month bank statement, which many customers might find uncomfortable due to privacy concerns, or they ask for the full rent upfront. If these requirements aren't met, they fail the KYC and claim they will refund the deposit in seven days. It's questionable why they collect a deposit before completing KYC. Customers shouldn't have to wait a week for their funds. This seems like a classic case of bait-and-switch.

The Worst Customer Experience Ever: Utterly Unprofessional Service

I ordered a bed and a water filtration system, and what followed was a complete disaster. The bed was delivered with mismatched parts, and when I raised the issue, the replacement delivery the next day also had incorrect components. To make matters worse, there was no delivery at all the following day. The water filtration system that arrived was also missing several parts. For three days, I’ve been trying to contact customer service, but no one answers, no callbacks, and even the chatbot is of no help, offering only automated responses. This level of negligence and lack of accountability feels like harassment. I’ve now requested to cancel the entire order, have the products picked up from my home, and receive an immediate refund of my deposit. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company unless they want to endure the same frustrations and waste of time. An absolutely pathetic experience from start to finish.

Their customer support is nearly nonexistent — no functioning phone number, emails taking over 48 hours for responses, and a chatbot that merely forwards messages to an 'operations team' that never responds. I scheduled a pickup more than six days ahead. Initially, they said it could happen at any time during the day, then changed it to a 6–8 PM slot, despite me clearly stating my society doesn’t permit pickups after 6. No one showed up — then I received a call from their delivery partner at 11 PM while I was in the midst of moving cities late at night. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, their team keeps calling to reschedule. I’ve requested them to email me — I’ll respond on their preferred 48-hour timeline. The service truly needs to revamp its customer support and operations to avoid causing more stress for paying customers. Proceed with caution.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with the service, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. What began as a simple rental for an air conditioning unit turned into a nightmare filled with incompetence, delays, and questionable billing practices. First, they delivered a completely non-functional AC unit. It malfunctioned three times right after installation — talk about poor quality control! When a technician finally came to 'fix' it, they attempted to use a lighter — a lighter! That’s not professional repair; that’s a fire hazard waiting to happen. We reported the issue the next day and pleaded for someone to come quickly, but it took three days for them to respond. Meanwhile, we were left sweating in the heat without relief. To make matters worse, their installation team arrived without the necessary equipment, forcing us to hire our own help at an additional cost. When we sought reimbursement for those charges, they refused and simply 'adjusted' it into our rent — as if that makes it acceptable. And the billing issues? Unbelievable. They never refunded our security deposit despite repeated follow-ups, and then suddenly added an extra month’s rent, inflating our bill without any explanation. Overall, the service is unreliable, the staff is unprepared, and customer support is nonexistent. Spare yourself the headache and choose a reputable company. 1/5 stars — stay away!

Absolutely Dreadful Service

Absolutely dreadful service. No response from the support team. The logistics team operates without supervision and on their own schedule. Any pickup or drop-off date is guaranteed to be late. Rescheduling happens only for the convenience of the company and logistics, as if the customers aren’t the ones paying for their convenience. Truly pathetic. Spend a little more and opt for other services that, although pricier, deliver what they promise.
