This is to express my high dissatisfaction over rentomojo customer service.such a pathetic service one could ever think of.First of all i ordered one chair however it has defect as the buffer was missing and chair was loose.second time again they sent a defective chair because there were no buffer again and no seat cushion and chair stinking of severe sweat.I fell down from chair thrice because chair had no balance.I got bruisesEvery time when i had to create a request it was difficult to get back to them as they do not have calling facility and nobody usually responds over chat bot.somehow replacement was done however to much disappointment it was again defective seems like rentomojo do not have quality check of the products.I raised request to them to close the subscription as i was highly disappointed with the services provided.However they did not do it only over call they told me they would call and refund of my deposits and rental will be done and mind you this is almost 15-20days back.However yet i did not get any closure for the same.yesterday again i seek assistance from chat bot however they did not have any update regarding my case even after informing them that logistic have already taken the chair  15-20dys back yet the chat bot assistant kept on asking me to confirm if i have the chair or not.My point is do not you guys maintain the data.And mind you i returned the chair because of defects why i have to pay rental ? because i did not use it and i need my security amount back as the chair had issue thats why i returned itWhy its asking me to clear my dues before specified days wherein i was told over phone waiver will be provided.Rentomojo is such a fraud company now i know why you do not have call support.You guys never get back to customer.Rentomojo plays around ,they only know to mint money from customers by sending defective products and charging them security deposit because customer can not keep defective product ultimately they have to close the subscription.I am gonna take this further as rentomojo is a Cheater companyThanksDivya
