I placed an order in September 2025, and now I'm struggling to get my refund amidst a sea of lies. Even their field agents are skilled at dodging my requests. One agent assured me he would look into my refund and escalate the issue; he asked me to send all our communication via messaging, and now he has vanished. His phone just rings. I'm reaching out to anyone who can help me recover my money. I've been emailing, messaging, and calling weekly, but they take ages to respond or ignore my emails until I send multiple reminders. They act like they're addressing the issue. Can someone please help? I strongly advise everyone to avoid this service. Their website is still active, misleading those who are unaware. I wonder why it still appears legitimate. They have agents at a local mall, but their service is simply disappointing.
