I have been a responsible tenant, maintaining the property and paying my rent promptly, yet I continue to receive HOA fees for issues that are not my responsibility. They even charged me for a landscaping service that was never performed. When I try to dispute these charges, I'm told a case is opened, but there's never any follow-up. I don’t understand this approach; retaining good tenants should be a priority to avoid costly vacancies.
