After applying for a property that wasn't even available (information only disclosed after the application fee, of course), I encountered a bewildering level of ineptitude. Customer service representatives refused to let me speak (I was literally hung up on when I asked to talk to a supervisor), and some even attempted to create entire scenarios that never occurred. To top it off, I was charged multiple times for the same application. It's hard to believe this company is still operational. I can hardly find a handful of reviews indicating any positive experiences with this service, which should serve as a warning to prospective customers. I could tolerate the incompetence and rudeness from their representatives, but I cannot accept outright falsehoods when they were caught mishandling a simple application. Thankfully, I used my credit card, allowing me to dispute the charge, but the situation remains frustrating. For further insight, I recommend checking their reviews on the consumer protection platform. Not a single positive review can be found, and the complaints are strikingly similar—maintenance issues go unresolved, surprise fees abound, and their representatives struggle to maintain civility on the phone for more than a moment. Steer clear of this company at all costs.
