The service is quite pricey. Many of the items were significantly worn, and others had odd fits, resulting in me only using about 20% of what I received over the past year. I decided to cancel when I was charged for a pair of pants I had returned, as they claimed I hadn’t sent them back. Moreover, there were times when return labels were not provided, making it challenging to send items back, possibly so they could later bill me for those items. It has potential, but my experience was disappointing.
