The customer service was far above my expectations. From the texts and ability to make me feel comfortable with asking for help with a refund, Enyinne was wonderful and professional.
I have been a member of this service for over a year, but they often lack the correct sizes in stock. When I do receive a good item, there's usually a defect, like a button falling off or a tie being broken. I attempted to cancel my membership in November but never got a confirmation email. After undergoing major surgery the following week, I forgot to follow up. I was unsure if my cancellation was processed since I received no communication until yesterday, when they informed me that I needed to return the items that day to avoid charges. Being at the airport for work made this impossible. I tried to negotiate via email, but the representative was not willing to allow me to return the clothes the next business day without incurring a fee. I've already been charged over $1600. Overall, their inventory and customer service are lacking. I would not recommend them. My experiences with other services have been much better, with this one being the least satisfactory. It's not worth the cost when you pay $150-250 for clothes that don't fit and go unused.

The desktop site and app serve different functions, with the desktop version being more user-friendly. The service rules could be clearer. I received a credit towards a membership I didn’t want. When I ordered two discounted rental items, I mistakenly returned them instead of keeping them, missing out on what I truly wanted. They did provide a refund, which is rare, but my overall experience was disappointing, particularly with customer service.
The variety of dresses and gowns is outstanding. The customer service consistently exceeds expectations, whether through their text support or phone calls. Clothing arrives on time, and exchanges and replacements are handled swiftly. Returns are incredibly simple.
I made a purchase online and received an immediate notification from the service. My dress arrived within days, and I was able to track the package for delivery. The dress was in excellent condition, and I'm thrilled to wear it on Thanksgiving. Thank you for the great experience!
I've been utilizing this service for over a decade for special occasions and occasionally pay for a membership to receive multiple items monthly. I’ve been pleased with the item quality, customer service, and return process. I’ve also bought several used items and found them satisfactory. I plan to maintain my membership for my upcoming trip to Hawaii.
