I have been a member of this service for over a year, but they often lack the correct sizes in stock. When I do receive a good item, there's usually a defect, like a button falling off or a tie being broken. I attempted to cancel my membership in November but never got a confirmation email. After undergoing major surgery the following week, I forgot to follow up. I was unsure if my cancellation was processed since I received no communication until yesterday, when they informed me that I needed to return the items that day to avoid charges. Being at the airport for work made this impossible. I tried to negotiate via email, but the representative was not willing to allow me to return the clothes the next business day without incurring a fee. I've already been charged over $1600. Overall, their inventory and customer service are lacking. I would not recommend them. My experiences with other services have been much better, with this one being the least satisfactory. It's not worth the cost when you pay $150-250 for clothes that don't fit and go unused.
