Although I received confirmation, they continued my account and charged me twice without notification. I cannot afford this, but they denied any wrongdoing. This seems to be a recurring issue, so please be careful and monitor your finances. It appears very dishonest, especially if you try to cancel within the initial trial period. I'm quite disheartened.
