Exercise caution - this system has potential issues, particularly with unauthorized charges. I canceled my account via email, not realizing I needed to do it on the website. Although I received confirmation, they continued my account and charged me twice without notification. I cannot afford this, but they denied any wrongdoing. This seems to be a recurring issue, so please be careful and monitor your finances. It appears very dishonest, especially if you try to cancel within the initial trial period. I'm quite disheartened.
In general, this service is quite good for finding accommodation. The matching system is effective and connects you to relevant listings quickly. I accidentally paid for Premium again and sought a refund, but since I canceled too early, I didn't qualify. Nonetheless, the customer support team was excellent, very helpful and accommodating, and they still provided me with a refund. I truly appreciate their fairness and responsiveness. A great customer service experience.
Where is the option for negative stars? This service raises major red flags. WARNING: SCAM. My partner and I were looking for an apartment, and she sent me a listing through a messaging app. To access the details, I had to pay £1, only to discover it was for single occupancy. Two weeks later, £19 was deducted from my account. I had no idea I was subscribed. I contacted various authorities and the service itself. They claimed I should have canceled my subscription, despite not knowing I was signed up. They even accused me of knowingly subscribing, reaching out to me on Christmas Day. This is a very questionable company; do not engage with their links.
