I had a very concerning experience with this company and feel obligated to warn others.After providing all my personal documents (passport and valid Australian driving licence), I was told that because of my passport nationality, I was legally required to pay an additional AED 400 for an “international driving licence” that they claimed they could issue for me.This is factually incorrect and misleading.There is NO UAE law that requires an extra licence based on passport nationality, and International Driving Permits cannot legally be issued in the UAE — they must be issued in the same country as the driving licence. Any claim otherwise is false.When I challenged this and stated I was happy to proceed without the extra charge, the pressure tactics continued instead of a clear, lawful explanation.
