I had a really good one with this company, but appearances can be deceiving. I rented several cars in a week. After my rental period, I arranged for a customer to take my car for 15 days without any earnings or discount. After two weeks, I received a message about a fine, which seemed very vague. When I investigated, I had to pay a fine, but the owner of this company felt it necessary to pocket an extra 80/100 AED as a "financial fee." He sent me a link in euros, and I also paid his extra fee. This company is truly terrible because of the way it treats its customers. You can't be such a slob that you take such a small amount from someone when they've done so much for you without wanting to. Shame on you!
