After several unsuccessful attempts to fix it myself—including a hard reset—I reached out to the support team. To my surprise, I was quickly connected to a representative via chat. We explored various solutions together, and ultimately, I managed to resolve the issue using my Windows machine, which worked well for me. The representative was very helpful, patient, and dedicated throughout the process. While I hope this problem gets addressed in the iPhone app eventually, I was pleased to discover an efficient workaround.
