Rang last week to make a claim on my cooker I had accidently cancelled my insurance last year so I paid whatever I had missed over the phone and they booked me in to order the parts for the cooker baring in mind twice the heat element has broke on it in the space of a year. Not long after the phone call I had a text message of the engineer to say that part had been ordered nearly a week on from this phone call I hadn't heard anything for the engineer to book in to come and look at it I've chased this yesterday twice and chased it today to be told the part had only been ordered yesterday and got to wait another 3-5 working days then an engineer will be booked in once they have got the parts. Tbh this is an absolute joke and they are blaming everyone else apart from themselves. Disgraceful service was quick enough to take my money
