Engineer was a delight. He is Friendly and professional. After phoning to arrange a time arrived promptly. After the a few minutes of we would havr to get it repaired further he got his magic wand and fixed it in 10 minutes. You have two very grateful customers. Thankyou very much.

I received a call today about extending the warranty on my washing machine and I was quite sceptical at first, as you hear so many stories about these types of calls. However, both the sales advisor and his manager were very professional, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions, which really put my mind at ease. They didn’t pressure me at all and explained everything clearly. In the end, I took out the extended cover at a great price and I’m really pleased with the service I received.
