well to start I have iq metrix for years and it not best and requires high end pc to run kinda ok.. repair desk is site based it ok but not having ability to use different printer on each computer with out it braking the other computer. in printing due to repair desk not having combability like any other software.. 2nd return not simple for most to find or use their fake integration is a joke just scan invoice i have to input for it to scan ,,,, but says it integrates with site fully ... it a joke for kind of money they charge now their many more problems with this site... their customer service team ... barely understands what base like returns or what need i need or just helping put what i want in my data base with out having begging me not to put it in is sad .. they not US call center ...
