IPHONE 14 PRO MAX PREMIUM SOFT OLED AND DIGITIZER GLASS SCREEN REPLACEMENT, is the product that I had ordered from RepairPartsUSA.com, I highly recommend not to buy this product or possibly any other product on their website. The reason why I am writing this is because of the quality from the screen replacement that caused so many issues once installed onto my iPhone 14 Pro Max that made it extremely frustrating since the digitizer did not work and the screen would go black from time to time. I took all the necessary steps, careful disassembly and correct installation. It turned on and looked great once done with the install but about 2 weeks later the screen started to show weird activity of going black and not turning on, to stuttering/ghost input from the digitizer going bad. It would select or click/open apps and numbers on it's down without me touching my screen. I actually got locked out of my phone multiple times due to the digitizer malfunctioning and hitting my unlock with code security feature for opening up my phone. I had to wait 4 hours one to time to unlock my phone when it did that malfunction, iPhone has a built in feature to prevent those trying to access your phone when multiple incorrect security codes are inputed. I tried to contact RepairPartsUSA's customer service support by submitting a claim but they did not respond back to me at all. Other reviewers have said that their customer service is not at all helpful or great on follow ups for problems/issues. So again to save your money I highly recommend to NOT BUY FROM REPAIRPARTSUSA.COM.
