I placed my order on December 15 and have yet to receive a tracking number or any updates. I've reached out via email multiple times and even called and texted, but received no response. With only three days left until New Year's 2026, I'm still in the dark. This service feels like a scam. When they mentioned first class 3-4, I assume they meant 3-4 years, which is quite misleading. It's definitely a scam.
