The name no longer fits; it's just a store selling inexpensive tools and low-quality parts. They offer a few other items, but often at inflated prices. Online shopping is unpredictable, with advertised parts frequently out of stock. Aside from sales, they tend to be the priciest option available. I've stopped going there unless absolutely necessary. Recently, they didn't even have basic fuel lines, and the staff seemed unknowledgeable about automotive needs. While they could change wiper blades, they struggled with basic computer tasks to find parts. Plus, if something needs to be ordered, customers have to cover shipping costs. In the past, you could get almost any part quickly, but now, finding parts for older vehicles often requires looking elsewhere. Shopping here has become quite frustrating.
