The name no longer fits; it's just a store selling inexpensive tools and low-quality parts. They offer a few other items, but often at inflated prices. Online shopping is unpredictable, with advertised parts frequently out of stock. Aside from sales, they tend to be the priciest option available. I've stopped going there unless absolutely necessary. Recently, they didn't even have basic fuel lines, and the staff seemed unknowledgeable about automotive needs. While they could change wiper blades, they struggled with basic computer tasks to find parts. Plus, if something needs to be ordered, customers have to cover shipping costs. In the past, you could get almost any part quickly, but now, finding parts for older vehicles often requires looking elsewhere. Shopping here has become quite frustrating.
This place should really consider a rebranding. It feels like just another store selling low-quality tools, cheap parts, and miscellaneous items at inflated prices. Even online shopping is unreliable; often the advertised parts are unavailable. Their prices are typically the highest, and I’ve found myself avoiding shopping here unless absolutely necessary. Recently, they didn’t have basic fuel lines in stock, and the staff member I spoke to seemed uninformed about car parts. She could replace wiper blades but struggled with basic tasks, like looking up an oil filter. Moreover, if you need to order something that's out of stock, you're stuck paying the shipping fees. Once, you could get parts quickly, but now I have to look elsewhere for most items, especially for older vehicles. Shopping here has become a frustrating experience.
This is the third time I've encountered issues with online shopping, where items listed as in stock were actually unavailable. After placing an order for click and collect, I had to wait hours to be told that the item needed to be ordered, resulting in a long wait. This is becoming a frustrating experience.
It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days. I visited a store to pick up stop leak for my older vehicle and couldn't find the product. The assistant went above and beyond to locate it for me, despite the system indicating stock availability. I really appreciated the effort made to help me.
I received my order on time, but it took a lot of effort to get clarity about conflicting information between the website and the store. After placing a same-day delivery order, I was misinformed about the delivery process. I eventually received my items, but the lack of communication was frustrating. I was promised follow-up that never happened, leading to doubts about future orders.
The service here is lacking, and prices are steep. I faced multiple issues with the online parts portal, which is often inaccurate. After three attempts, I still ended up with the wrong brake pads, which weren’t even listed as compatible with my vehicle.
I've consistently experienced poor service at this location. After placing a 'Click and Collect' order, I received no communication for several days. When I called to inquire, I was put on hold and couldn't get through before closing time. This isn't the first time I’ve faced issues with service here, leading to a lack of trust.
