I made a payment in October, three months before the product's release. Unfortunately, my order was not fulfilled due to stock allocation issues. Now, I have to wait over 48 hours for a refund because of their mistake. Given their years in business and experience with stock allocation, I expected a better estimate of available products. It's frustrating to have my payment accepted and then receive communication stating my order was being prepared for shipping, only to discover it wasn't available.
