Frustrating Order Fulfillment Experience

I made a payment in October, three months before the product's release. Unfortunately, my order was not fulfilled due to stock allocation issues. Now, I have to wait over 48 hours for a refund because of their mistake. Given their years in business and experience with stock allocation, I expected a better estimate of available products. It's frustrating to have my payment accepted and then receive communication stating my order was being prepared for shipping, only to discover it wasn't available.

Order Canceled Without Proper Communication

I placed an order for a collector box in September after a friend recommended the store for its reliability. Ironically, my order was canceled yesterday, and the email notification did not even address me by name. When I ordered, there was no indication of possible allocation issues; the email had stated they were preparing my item for shipment and would notify me when it was dispatched. While I understand some factors may be beyond the control of local shops, the communication and empathy were lacking. I still haven't received my refund, and now prices have increased significantly, preventing me from purchasing a box and missing my first collector-box experience. I can't help but wonder if my location in Scotland influenced the cancellation, especially as it was my first order with them.

Untrustworthy Dealings

Excellent Service

Terrible Service

I had a terrible experience. I preordered an item online, later discovering it was likely mispriced. I was misled about stock levels being too low to fulfill my order, only to find the item back in stock on release day. Instead of admitting their mistake, they doubled down on the lies and ignored further communication. I would strongly advise against using this store.
