I have been charged over $2,000 despite my plan clearly stating $40 per account for three accounts ($120 total). Even after these unreasonable charges, I continue to be billed the $40 per account. I have sent five separate email threads trying to resolve this matter and have received no response at all. Not even an acknowledgment of my concerns. It has been over 30 days with complete silence from the support team. I have remained patient and professional in every communication, but being overcharged coupled with a lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service. This situation has forced me to escalate the issue beyond the company. I strongly advise keeping a close watch on billing and not to depend on customer support if an issue arises.
