The products are great for sure and that’s why I continue to buy it. However, the packaging is ok at best. I just had another pound of beef with the package wide open. And it seems to happen not often but, ever so often. The meat was grey and I had to throw it away. The last time I brought this up to management I was told if I wasn’t happy to go buy elsewhere. So the customer service is lack luster as well. But the products are top notch!!!!
