One star is too generous.This company operates a deceptive subscription model. I made a one-time order—and was never told I was being enrolled in an automatic billing cycle. The product was mediocre at best, so I had no intention of ordering again. Then a month later, they charged my card without my consent.When I contacted the company, I was told I’d supposedly agreed to recurring shipments and would be charged a $15 cancellation fee—even though I never created an account, never signed up for a subscription, and had no access to cancel anything myself. I told them to cancel immediately. Guess what? They charged me again the following month.I notified them within minutes of the charge, long before anything was processed or shipped, and they still refused a full refund. They kept trying to send me in circles and blame me for not canceling something I never signed up for. This is a scam disguised as a “regenerative meat” business.I’ve filed reports with the FTC, Oklahoma Attorney General, and initiated a credit card dispute through AmEx. Be warned: this company has no integrity and no customer protection. Avoid at all costs.
