You’re paying a “green tax” premium and for the incremental nutrients. Definitely not comparable taste wise to grain fed. Ground beef had a lot of gristle. Packaging of the steaks was terrible. Packed “separately” in a two pack, but the way they vacuum sealed it was impossible for both not to be cut open. Filets were chewy. Again, to be expected with grass fed.
