I placed an order on 3rd December as a birthday gift, but it didn’t arrive on time. I reached out to the support team and got a reply on 15th December saying my order was being transferred to the courier. Yet, the tracking still indicates the courier is “expecting the parcel.” I followed up again on 19th December but heard nothing back. It’s now been 20 days since I ordered, and I still haven’t received it, meaning it won’t be available as a Christmas gift either. This has been a very disappointing experience.
