I had a slight issue with the item I purchased but once I contacted the support team they were brilliant at resolving it. They immediately sent out the correct item and allowed me to keep the one I was sent out. They also wished a happy Ramadan which was really thoughtful. Really pleased with their customer service. Definitely purchasing further items from them in the near future

Incorrect item received and poor customer service

Received the wrong T-shirt from the seller. I reached out to the support team via email and messaging, and they claimed a response would come within 24 hours. However, over 10 days have gone by without any reply. I paid for delivery and to return the incorrect item, but the customer service has been non-existent.

Focus on Essentials, Not Just Promotions

They really need to shift their attention from YouTube videos and collaborations to addressing fundamental issues like timely shipping and customer service. My brother and I placed two separate orders—his two weeks ago and mine a week ago—and neither has even been dispatched yet. Customer support is virtually nonexistent; the text number doesn't work, WhatsApp messages go unanswered, and emails receive no replies. It's incredibly disappointing for a brand I expected to excel in these areas. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from them, even in-store.

Delivery Issues with My Order

I ordered two jumpers over two weeks ago, and according to the tracking, they show as delivered. However, I haven't received them. The tracking history indicates they were sent to a different address over two hours away. I've contacted the support team, but they have been completely unhelpful. The delivery service refuses to assist me as the buyer and only engages with the seller, who claims it's not their problem since the items are marked as delivered, leaving me with no further options.

Disappointing Experience After Many Orders

As a long-time customer, this was my sixth order this year, but this experience has completely discouraged me from making future purchases. I received my order and while most items were acceptable, the shirt material was not what I anticipated, and both pairs of shorts were too small. I understand that this can happen, so I decided to return them and exchange the shorts for a larger size, but they were out of stock. I opted for a refund instead. That's when the issues began. In addition to covering return shipping costs, I was charged a $40 handling fee. This is simply outrageous. While paying for return shipping is understandable, an additional handling fee of that amount feels excessive and unfair. It turns what should be a straightforward return into a loss of over $60 for the customer. To add to my frustration, I measured the shorts against the size chart afterward. The chart indicates a width of 38.5cm, but the shorts I received measured only 36cm. That's a significant discrepancy, which explains their poor fit. I genuinely appreciate the brand, but this return policy makes purchasing too risky. If an item doesn’t fit or the material is off, it feels like the customer is penalized. After this experience, I won’t be placing any more orders. I'm really disappointed with this experience from a brand I once trusted.

Disappointing experience with return policy

I purchased a jumper for my daughter on 4/12/25 for Christmas, but when I gave it to her on Christmas Day, it turned out to be enormous. I attempted to return it, only to discover that the return window had closed on 19/12/25. After emailing to inquire about extended Christmas returns, I was informed I could return it until 14/1/26 and was directed to a link, which ultimately stated I was no longer eligible for a return. Checking their social media revealed that many others faced the same issue, and the only option for returns or exchanges seemed to be visiting their London store, while I live in Scotland. This experience left me very dissatisfied and frustrated, as it contradicts UK consumer law. I am extremely upset and will not be purchasing again.

Order Delayed and Unresponsive Support

I placed an order on 3rd December as a birthday gift, but it didn’t arrive on time. I reached out to the support team and got a reply on 15th December saying my order was being transferred to the courier. Yet, the tracking still indicates the courier is “expecting the parcel.” I followed up again on 19th December but heard nothing back. It’s now been 20 days since I ordered, and I still haven’t received it, meaning it won’t be available as a Christmas gift either. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Terrible customer support experience.

The customer service is severely lacking. The chat option has been deliberately disabled, and emailing is almost ineffective. I'm unsure whom to reach out to as they have truly made a mess of things this time. Just because there is a sale happening doesn't mean the fundamental principles of running a business, particularly in eCommerce, should be ignored.

Disappointing experience as a first-time buyer

As a first-time buyer, I placed an order during the Black Friday sale on the 1st and didn't receive any updates regarding the expected shipping timeframe. I reached out to customer support but received no reply. Today, I got an email stating that my order cannot be fulfilled and that a refund has been processed. It appears that many others are facing similar issues. I won't be returning.
