I purchased a jumper for my daughter on 4/12/25 for Christmas, but when I gave it to her on Christmas Day, it turned out to be enormous. I attempted to return it, only to discover that the return window had closed on 19/12/25. After emailing to inquire about extended Christmas returns, I was informed I could return it until 14/1/26 and was directed to a link, which ultimately stated I was no longer eligible for a return. Checking their social media revealed that many others faced the same issue, and the only option for returns or exchanges seemed to be visiting their London store, while I live in Scotland. This experience left me very dissatisfied and frustrated, as it contradicts UK consumer law. I am extremely upset and will not be purchasing again.
